Sumatra Kopi Luwak were establish in 2008, start from  work in regular or specialty Coffee until now focuses in explore Kopi Luwak.

Sumatra Kopi Luwak hold in Medan, North Sumatra Indonesia.  Indonesia is the Fourth Biggest Country producing coffee.  Our place is near with the two places who produce two best coffee in the world one is Lintong (Lintong Coffee) and Aceh (Gayo Coffee). And also from that place we got our baby Kopi Luwak.

Sumatra Kopi Luwak, dedicate his knowledge and their capability to serve the costumer with give them the high quality of Kopi Luwak. In selling or promote Sumatra Kopi Luwak product’s, We from Sumatra Kopi Luwak was only give our  costumer the Premium Kopi Luwak Sumatra, that is only can take from the Wild one or the Natural Kopi Luwak. The stock of Kopi Luwak was very limited different with the regular coffee, wild Luwak choose their food carefully, the coffee berries they have chosen are the best quality based on the maturity, aroma and sweetness. Cause of that the quantity of Kopi Luwak are limited until now. 

 

Fact, Ten years before no one knows or care about Kopi Luwak except the local farmers. But now after the kopi luwak was discovered, some of the local farmers and the coffee broker catch the wild Luwak/ civet cat to caged and give a coffee berries continue day by day in order to increase the quantity of the Kopi Luwak, Luwak is wild animal which is chosen their food by themselves. So when luwak catch and caged/grounded by the farmers it will make luwak be stress n easier to get sick, and it will take a big effect with the coffee that produced. The quality of that coffee it is more bad or less than the wild one.

That’s why we never sell Kopi Luwak from the caged one because we won’t let our costumer down. We just only pick up it from our trustable farmers who collect the wind raw of the Kopi Luwak from their coffee farm and some time they go the deep of the forest to find it.

And then in our place before we do the next step process of that coffee we have to make sure again what we buy is the original kopi luwak with a few method and then if we confident with it then we will go the next step with cleaning, sun drying and hulling to become Kopi Luwak.

In other to make our costumer satisfied, the process not stop on there. We have to keep the kopi luwak for more than 4 month to make the fermentation  be perfect, and from that process we will get more strong taste of kopi luwak. After 4 months, we distribute to our happy costumer.
